We did pretty thorough research and determined that Valerie was moving so much inventory in this area, and getting top prices that we should talk with her. Her attention to detail was excellent. Little things like noticing the County records of our square footage didn't match the City records. From previous experience I know little things like this create loop holes for buyers to back out. The house was staged, pressure washed, etc. and sparkled for our potential buyers.
