She has garnered a relationship with these parties to get things done quickly (and affordably) when other agents' contractors were backlogged, sometimes for months. Given the potential market volatility with Ukraine and rising interest rates we are so thankful to Valerie and her team for navigating us through the transition from our home to a staged masterpiece.
